1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zapload ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Zapload.

2. Description of Service & Storage Architecture

Zapload provides high-speed, privacy-first file distribution and tactical ephemeral shortlinking. Ingested data streams are sharded across an isolated, distributed chunk storage mesh with on-demand edge reassembly. Zapload does not maintain centralized unsegmented disk stores for uploaded content. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and may be modified, updated, or throttled to safeguard network integrity.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login information with third parties. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or distribute illegal content
• Share copyrighted material without authorization from the rights holder
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload. By uploading content, you grant Zapload a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and serve the content solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.

6. Content Removal & DMCA

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law, without prior notice. If you believe that content hosted on Zapload infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request. We will process valid requests in accordance with applicable copyright laws.

7. Service Availability & Data Retention

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Files with expiration dates will be automatically removed after the specified period. We are not responsible for any data loss. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your important files.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapload and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
